Construction is underway for Royal Court, a $48 million luxury residential condominium building near Uptown, a  block from the Dowd YMCA. 78 of the 108 units have been sold, and construction of the 11-story, 252,000 square foot building is scheduled for completion in early 2009.
Remaining residences are priced from $250,000. The top floor offers 7 exceptional penthouses, which are priced fromthe mid $600’s.
