Back 2 School Block Party

Saturday August 3 10 a.m. –  2 p.m., Rock Hill Galleria

One of the largest back to school events in York County, Back2School Block Party will feature bookbag and school supply giveaways, free health screenings for students and adults, a teen zone for middle and high school students, and much more. More information can be found online.

Friday August 9 at 7:30 p.m., Spectrum Center

John Mayer’s Summer Tour 2019 comes to Charlotte this month at the Spectrum Center. Tickets are available online and be sure to check Spectrum Center’s bag policy if you are planning on attending the concert.

 

Cats the Musical

CATS, the record-breaking musical by Andrew Lloyd Webber, is now on tour and stopping in the Queen City. Schedule for showtimes and dates can be found online. Come celebrate the return of college football at the inaugural Fan Fest, kicking off the Davidson Wildcats season! There will be opportunities to meet the coaches and players, photo booths, activities, and food trucks. Starting at 8 p.m. they will be showing a movie out on the field and guests are encouraged to bring a blanket or lawn chair to relax and enjoy.
