Christmas in Davidson

December 5-7 in Downtown Davidson

Christmas in Davidson is a community event and a chance for friends, family, and neighbors to come together and celebrate the wonder of the holidays. Enjoy the sights, sounds, and bites of the holiday season throughout Downtown Davidson. The Towns of Davidson and Cornelius will host the 37th Annual North Mecklenburg Christmas Parade on Saturday, December 7 at 1 p.m.

 

Charlotte Ballet’s Nutcracker

December 6-23 at the Belk Theater

The classic tale of The Nutcracker returns to the Belk Theater with the Charlotte Ballet company this month. The story follows young Clara and the Nutcracker Prince navigate through an evening of magic and mystery with the Sugar Plum Fairy. Tickets are available online.

 

Charlotte Girl Tribe Pop Up Holiday

Saturday & Sunday, December 14-15 at the Charlotte Convention Center

Pop up attendees can expect holiday shopping showcasing local favorite boutiques and beauty brands! This event will feature over 200 women-owned businesses with the goal of each guest feeling inspired and enchanted by the magic of the holiday season. Attendees can expect lots of fun, interactive photo-moments and plenty of opportunities to treat yourself with on-site Botox, eyebrow shaping, and other treats. New Year’s Eve Trail Race

Run into 2020 at this end-of-year trail race. The Whitewater Center is holding its inaugural New Year’s Eve Trail Race. Both 5K and 10K distances start in 2019 and finish in 2020 – one race, two years! More information can be found online.
