Our agents have quickly grown comfortable with being on camera with clients. Between virtual listing and buying consultations, home tours, and showings, we’ve been able to utilize video conferencing tools like Zoom, Google Hangouts, and FaceTime to continue our face-to-face relationships with clients and potential clients. Clients will also receive a digital version of our buyer or listing presentation packet to reference on their own. Buyers can now walk through listings via FaceTime, Skype, Facebook/Instagram Live, or another platform of their choosing. If an in-person showing is still desired and available, it will be private at new construction or vacant homes and the agent will assist in taking proper precautions according to the CDC.
