Development Team
Louisburg Square is co-developed by Frank Martin and Tim Crawford.
Mr. Martin has developed more than two dozen infill communities during his 30-year career, as well as many other residential real estate projects throughout the Carolinas. His experienced and disciplined approach to condominium and town home building is evident uptown, in Myers Park, Dilworth, and now at Southpark.
Mr. Crawford has been in real estate development for nearly a decade, having worked with Mr. Martin previously and on other projects requiring an eye for detail, ranging from participating on the development team for Disney’s much heralded Celebration community to being the sole developer of Park Square in Downtown Matthews, 400 Union Square in historic downtown Morganton, 1st Row and Warehouse 3 in Charlotte’s center city, and at The Village of Cheshire in Black Mountain North Carolina.
