About Anne

I am simply a Realtor® who has extra training and passion for helping mature adults like me as they move to the next phase of their lives.  Having moved nine times and downsized twice, I know the many opportunities and challenges of this time of life. While I will happily help anyone with their real estate needs, mature adults and seniors are clearly where my knowledge, training and experience set me apart.

Starting with a BS from the University of Wisconsin in Fine Art, and then adding an MBA in Finance from New York University, I spent many years in marketing and product development including several products you will recognize, like Jell-O Pudding Snacks and Frito-Lay Sun Chips.  Then I applied those consumer research skills to the real estate industry.  Over ten years, I worked to understand and help communicate to the real estate brokerage industry what buyers and sellers wanted in a transaction and how they would trade off service for price.

Now I am applying that knowledge and more gained in specialty training for the Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and Designated Real Estate Consultant designations to helping people with their real estate transactions. I am licensed in both North and South Carolina.

Dear Ann, You are called the Gray Lady (because of the color of your hair); but you are so much more to me than that. Your smile , youthful spirit, confidence, "street credits", and compassion is how I will remember you. In fact, I looked forward to our many encounters knowing that whatever the problem, you would have a solution; and you always did. Spike and I had the... Read More

My husband and I were the typical seniors, who knew that they must move, but were terrified at the thought of it. It wasn't about 3 minutes sitting around the table with the Grey Lady, Anne Murray Randolph that we realized that everything was going to be OK, even though there could be some bumps on the road along the way. She was assuring, caring, loving and honest (I... Read More

We needed to transition from our large two-story home to a smaller one and a half story home built for us yet with space for visiting kids and grandkids. In came Anne to the rescue! First, we had to sell our large two-story lake home. Anne found a Keller Williams selling agent that specializes in lakefront property and seven weeks later, we had an offer for 97% of our... Anne also sent us mailings, website and school information for each home; she knew the school district was one of our main priorities. Her knowledge of the neighborhoods, new home construction and other required resources (inspectors, insurance providers, and mortgage companies), was especially valuable and helped us make the right decisions.

"My husband and I recently had Anne Murray-Randolph as our Realtor. We were very pleased with her. Not only was she very professional, but also very personable. We felt that she was looking out for our best interests. We will highly recommend Anne to anyone we know and will also use her again if need be. Thank you Keller Williams for having such great people on your staff"... Read More

Words cannot express the how Anne took a very stressful home transition process and with her knowledge of the sale and construction contracting processes, her persistence and her calming wisdom made the process of us obtaining our new retirement home a reality.

"She is diligent, responsive and very patient with her clients and knows her territory well."

"Anne took a very stressful home transition process and with her knowledge of the sale and construction contracting processes, her persistance and her calming wisdom made the process of us obtaining a home a reality"

Next came the construction of our new home. Anne researched and interviewed several local builders for us. Anne then set up builder interviews for us. After much due diligence, once again Anne found a custom home builder that was a perfect fit for us.

It is my privilege to submit this letter of recommendation for Anne. First, a little about my situation. My wife and I have been married 37 years and having traveled for corporate America, we have owned seven homes over our lifetime. As I am planning on my retirement, I have one more house to build and then that's it!

Anne took painstaking time to understand our needs and wants in a home, and frequently asked if any priorities had changed each week to be sure she was providing information as accurately as possible. She is diligent, responsive and very patient with her clients, and knows her territory very well.

Second, we had to find a rental home to live in while our retirement home was being built. Anne searched the market understanding that it had to have a master on the main floor and little to no steps as I have been challenged with Parkinson's. After looking at several homes, the average Realtor would have settled on compromising but Anne continued to search until she found... Read More
