A Charlotte native, Frank earned his Bachelor of Arts from Hampden-Sydney College in Farmville, VA. After graduating Frank returned to his hometown to pursue his interest in real estate. He attended Charlotte Country Day and he is an Eagle Scout.
Charlotte’s quality of life, sense of community, and small town core persuaded Frank to come back home after graduation to begin selling homes. Having grown up in Myers Park, Frank is very familiar with the history and detail of many of Charlotte’s finest homes, as well as the rapidly growing areas of Ballantyne and Lake Norman.
Frank has a keen interest in historic preservation and architecture. Frank is excited about the continuously growing city of Charlotte and the unique possibilities that this growth will present. Frank’s passion for the Charlotte area and his dedication to customer satisfaction combine to help him accomplish his clients’ goals
Laurens was as nice and helpful as they come! My wife and I were picky and changed our minds every other day, but Laurens was patient and dedicated to finding us the right house the entire time. It was obvious that she is a native Charlottean and knows the insides and outs of every neighborhood. Highly recommend!

Very knowledgeable, no pressure, and patient. We had a great first-time home buying experience with Laurens. She clearly took the time to understand us and what we were looking for. She found the perfect place for us and we closed 2 days after it listed. She also added a home warranty to the seller closing costs that saved us nearly $10K in a new A/C system 8 months later. Thanks Laurens

Laurens and Frank helped us buy our first house in early 2014. They helped us find a house that matched all of our criteria (even knew about it a day before it was officially listed!). They were also very patient with our many first time homebuyer questions. I would recommend Frank and Laurens to any potential buyers!
