Kerry Beach, Real Estate Consultant and Broker, brings a unique set of skills and a unique perspective to his real estate practice.  Having managed technology consulting businesses in his first career, Kerry runs his real estate business with a focus on the best outcome possible for each of his real estate clients, regardless of whether an immediate sales transaction is the result.

In addition to residential real estate, Kerry also works with investors on both residential and commercial properties, and buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants on commercial properties.  His commercial capabilities include multi-family residential, land sales, and light commercial for retail, office or industrial needs.

PERSONAL STATEMENT:

I approach real estate brokerage as a true consulting business.  My responsibility is to achieve the best possible outcome for my client based on the client's specific needs and objectives.  My clients receive advice and counseling first, then a transaction if they decide it is appropriate.  I help the client determine what the best strategy is, and when the time is right.  Because of my experience, background and training in technology, business management and real estate, I am able to provide professional real estate services to all clients with quality, integrity and passion.

For residential clients, because I moved often in my prior career, I have lived the average consumer's home buying and selling experiences.  I decided upon entering real estate that my most important goal is to provide for others what I was sometimes not given - thorough and honest service.  I strive to educate my clients fully, so they can make very good decisions, and then guide them through the process to a satisfying conclusion.

For commercial and investment clients, my engineering and management background is invaluable in providing careful evaluation of properties and helping the client to clearly understand all aspects of the potential sale or acquisition.  Through my consulting services, I can also help my clients with business planning and investment management activities, in conjunction with other specialized professionals as appropriate.
