HERE TO HELP YOU
After decades as a successful, innovative entrepreneur with a passion for renovating homes, I finally took the advice I’ve been getting for years and decided to use my customer service- centered skills to help people with their real estate needs. I am a licensed broker / Realtor in the state of North Carolina.
My background in business and design (interiors, historical costume and jewelry) has allowed me to develop a unique ability to perceive my client’s needs and help them attain what they desire. I not only listen, I really hear you and respond with creativity, awareness and expertise.
With my extensive experience in interior design and home renovation, I have a solid understanding of construction, materials and the fluctuations of the real estate market. I can see potential where others might not and I’ve become a pro at efficiently utilizing space.
BUYING OR SELLING, I’M HERE FOR YOU
When selling a home, I will help you understand how to price it, how to show it to it’s best advantage and then implement a multi-faceted marketing plan. When buying a home, I will help you find the place where you and your family can thrive then do everything in my power to help you get it at a fair price.
Diplomat, Problem Solver, Negotiator, Resource Person - these are all professional hats I have worn for decades. When I represent you as either a buyer or a seller, I will be available for you and respond quickly with genuine care. Especially good with first time home buyers, I will guide you through the process of buying or selling a home with grace and competence.
FAMILY AND INTERESTS
An avid world traveler and self-described explorer, I have lived in 5 states including North Carolina. After visiting my youngest daughter here and falling in love with the area, I decided to sell my house in Northern California’s Sierra Foothills and make Charlotte my home. Moving to the Southeast is a return to my ancestral roots. My family has been in North America for nearly 400 years with one branch starting in Jamestown, Virginia in the early 17th century. Between 1800 and 1849 my family slowly moved west, all the way to California. I was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area and my four children are fifth generation natives of that state.
When I’m not working, I enjoy swimming, kayaking, walking, hiking, gardening, reading, traveling (love, love, love to travel!) and playing with my grandkids. I also practice QiGong and Yoga everyday. Did I say I love to discover wonderful restaurants?
