Frank is a Charlotte native who has lived in Cotswold, Midwood, Dilworth, Fourth Ward, Elizabeth, and now Myers Park. His primary focus is south Charlotte neighborhoods between downtown and I-485, but he is also well-versed in suburban York, Union, and Cabarrus counties. While touring the city with buyer clients, Frank is known for sharing entertaining stories about Charlotte’s past and present.
Frank is a member of the Charlotte Regional Realtors Association and the Urban Land Institute (ULI), a global organization promoting best practices in real estate development. He co-chairs the Content Development Committee for the Charlotte chapter of ULI. On a more personal level, Frank is an avid supporter of any organization that connects people with nature, including the Sierra Club and the Catawba Lands Conservancy.
When he isn’t working, Frank can be found at the gym, on his bike, hiking, kayaking, pulling for the Panthers and Tar Heels, or just relaxing at home with his partner and dog. His proudest accomplishments are biking the entire Blue Ridge Parkway, hiking through a number of national parks, and surviving close encounters with a variety of wildlife.
