Holly was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia, where she attended Marist High School and Georgia Tech. After graduating with a BS in Building Construction, she moved to the Rockies for a winter ski season, which turned into eight years of full time residence. While in Colorado, she lived in Breckenridge for four years and the Vail Valley for an additional four years. In between skiing, rafting and hiking, she also gained invaluable experience working in Real Estate, Property Management, Insurance, and Custom Homebuilding. Eventually, Holly and her husband, a Charlotte native, decided it was time to get back to their southern roots and chose the Queen City to call home.
Holly’s passion for quality building and sustainability sets her apart as an agent who truly cares about homes both as an investment, and as a family’s main living environment. Holly and her husband, a licensed GC, also remodel old homes using sustainable materials and energy efficient methods. Holly can help you envision the potential in any home.
Holly’s passion for incorporating sustainability into building started at Georgia Tech, where she was a cofounder of Students Organizing for Sustainability. She also sat on the Board of The Resource for Sustainability, a local Breckenridge green business forum. Holly continues her support and education of eco-friendly building with her LEED Green Associate credential. She believes that green building not only sustains your home, but your financial investment as well. Your space is Holly's specialty.
