A 43 year Realtor® veteran, and 7th generation Charlottean, Jeff joined Helen Adams Realty in 1982 and he and his wife, Patty, purchased the company in 1991. Since 1991, the company has grown from 6 agents to 182 agents and three offices. Jeff has championed excellence in customer service since the beginning, and for the past 14 years Helen Adams Realty has utilized a third party company to survey every client after every closing. Having reached distinctive results with the Quality Service Certification Corporation, today Helen Adams Realty surveys through RealSatisfied. Helen Adams Realty’s new construction services has listed, marketed and sold 81 new residential communities, 3213 units with a sales volume of $773,254,000. For the last six years, Helen Adams Realty has maintained one of the highest ratios of closed price to original list price among the top 10 market share companies within Charlotte Regional Realtor® Association.
Jeff Adams is responsible for Helen Adams’ business development of the firm’s new construction services. In 2006 the firm implemented the Ninja® Coaching Program which is deemed among the finest sales coaching programs in the country. Both the Ninja® Coaching Program (based on relationship selling) and the surveying of clients to ensure quality customer service (based on a guarantee of accountability to our clients) remain hallmarks of the company's culture today.
