Kelly grew up in Mentor, Ohio and attended Ohio University before moving to Columbus, Ohio and landing her first job in the real estate industry doing title work and closings for a large local builder. Through that relationship she was asked to work in new home sales. It was there that her love of real estate began to flourish and where she found it intrinsically rewarding.
Kelly believes the key to a long lasting and very rewarding career in helping people to buy and sell their family homes or investment property is to truly take the time to really listen and understand what the goals of the clients are and to care enough about their needs to exceed their expectations time and time again. From the first time buyer or seller to luxury end to the over 55-ers , it doesn’t matter, she loves it all! She cherishes the friendships that have evolved over the years of advocating for her clients.
With over a decade of real estate experience, you can count on Kelly to be patient and knowledgeable and to help you accomplish your real estate goals while protecting your interest. She is a very big proponent of building relationships based honesty, trust, communication and truly caring for each and every client. She is also understands the relocation client in the few times she had to relocate with her family. Although she grew up in Ohio, she lived with her husband and kids in Michigan, Arizona and now South Carolina. Having previously held a real estate license in Michigan, Kelly is now currently a licensed REALTOR® in Arizona and South Carolina. She is also a Broker/REALTOR® in North Carolina.
Kelly enjoys living life in Fort Mill with her husband, two very active boys and her precious Australian Shepherd, Maggie. She enjoys volunteering in her boys’ school(s) and getting to know the other families and kids in the neighborhood and community.
