Arrichion Hot Yoga + Circuit Training

STAX Bootcamp

Every Tuesday and Thursday at 6:30 p.m. STAX offers a free boot camp session at their convenient South Tryon location. NFL star, Randy Moss, and Crossfit Games veteran, Emily “Breeze” Ross-Watson, lead the classes. STAX also offers Crossfit, Yoga and Cryotherapy.
