Now more than ever, it’s vital to support the local businesses around Charlotte. Social distance doesn’t mean we have to disconnect. We’re still able to support the local community and give back to our friends and neighbors through take out and delivery services.

Helen Adams Realty is proud to partner each month with LoLo to send gifts to our clients, friends, and family in support of other locally owned businesses in the area. This “thank you” is our way of giving back to those who support us by introducing you to independently owned businesses around the Queen City, catered to your lifestyle and location.

Simply by being a member of your Helen Adams Realty agent’s email list, you can take advantage of these local, free gifts. You’ll receive an email during the first week of the month with a gift in your local market. Using your LoLo gift is easy! Learn how to redeem your gift. Not on the LoLo list? Ask your preferred Helen Adams agent for more information on how to get involved. Because of complicated business hours due to COVID-19, the LoLo gifts now have a redemption period of 120 days rather than the typical 60. Hopefully this allows you to stay in the flow with these local businesses regardless of if they’ve adjusted their hours of operation.

Uptown Area Gift

This month’s uptown area LoLo gift is a ¼ lb Prairie Breeze Cheddar and 1.5 oz. Quince & Apple Jam from Orrman’s Cheese Shop. Treat yourself to some cheese and jam from this local favorite and be sure to check their Facebook page for the latest information on their hours of operation.

South Charlotte Area Gift

Spring temperatures are entering the Carolinas, so cool off with your April South Charlotte LoLo gift redeemable at The Local Scoop. This month, you’ll get a one scoop ice cream with a topping for free. This family-owned ice cream shop is locally sourced and freshly crafted.

Lake Norman Area Gift

When you're able to get out and enjoy shopping local, stop by Rootz in Cornelius and pick up a large beeswax wrap. It's perfect for keeping food and produce fresh and reducing waste with single-use plastics! Check their Facebook for the latest hours of operations due to local government mandates.

Fort Mill Area Gift

This month, restock your pantry with a bottle of olive oil or balsamic vinegar from The Southern Olive. Aside from your oil and vinegar, this specialty grocery store hosts gluten free baked goods, bread, pasta, and specialty coffee.
