About Molly
As a multigenerational native Charlottean, I bring a uniquely local perspective to the homeownership process. I guide clients through neighborhoods that are truly tried and true, while also explaining the nuances that make each area distinct. Whether your goal is long-term investment or a life-changing move, I thoughtfully scout opportunities and deeply care about setting you on a successful path. If I don't personally know someone who can help with a challenge that arises, I have long-standing relationships throughout the community that I can lean on. After graduating from Appalachian State University with a degree in Interior Design, I returned to Charlotte and spent nearly 15 years working in corporate interiors. I later took time to focus on raising my son and daughter before returning to two lifelong passions: people and real estate. I genuinely strive to build meaningful connections and foster a sense of community in every relationship I form. I was recognized as an Executive Level Top Producer in 2022, 2023 and 2024 and a Diamond Level Producer in 2025.
I grew up in Stonehaven and Quail Hollow and have spent the past 30 years in South Charlotte along the Carmel Road corridor. I view my role as an ambassador for a city I've watched evolve dramatically, growing from a few hundred thousand residents in my childhood to a thriving metro area of several million, yet still retaining its small-town feel in so many situations.
Gabi Culpepper and I crossed paths years ago through real estate, and we knew right away we'd be friends. Together, we've helped hundreds of buyers and sellers navigate what can often be a complex process, honing complementary skill sets along the way. Having raised children in different school systems and now parenting young adults, we're well equipped to guide families at every stage-whether you're just starting out or looking for a place where community truly matters. Let us help you carve out your corner of Charlotte and make it your own.
About Gabi
I moved to Charlotte from Austin, Texas, more than 25 years ago to pursue a career with a Fortune 500 company. It didn't take long for Charlotte to feel like home. I met my husband, Scott, a native Charlottean, and together we decided to put down roots and raise our family here. As my daughters grew older and the nest became a little quieter, I turned my focus to building a real estate business centered on relationships, trust, and results.
I've had the opportunity to live in many of Charlotte's most sought-after neighborhoods, including Cotswold, Plaza Midwood, Eastover, Elizabeth, and Fourth Ward. That firsthand experience, along with years of helping families relocate both from across the U.S. and abroad, gives me a deep understanding of what it really means to make Charlotte home.
Over the past five years, my work has been recognized with several industry honors, including 2025 Diamond Level Producer, Top Producer from 2022-2025, Charlotte Real Producers Rising Star, Five Star Professional Rising Star, and Rookie of the Year.
Giving back to the community has always been important to me. I've served in leadership and committee roles with organizations such as Park Road Montessori, Augustine Literacy Project, and Teen Health Connection, and I currently tutor weekly through the I Heart Math program.
When I'm not working with clients, you'll usually find me entertaining friends, keeping up with Charlotte's food scene, or traveling and exploring places off the beaten path.
