Kathy Ball has lived in Charlotte since 1993, moving here from Indiana, and has born witness to the extensive growth and changes experienced here in Charlotte. During her years in real estate, starting in 2001, she has worked with many relocating clients and has loved introducing them to this city and the surrounding areas. In the process, many of those clients have become good friends, and long-term clients who have not only utilized her expertise multiple times, but referred their family and friends. She continues to learn new things and gain new skills along the way. Most recently, after going through the process of moving her elderly parents, she earned the designation of Senior Real Estate Specialist® to give her the opportunity to share some of what she has learned and experienced with others who may be going through the same process.
In her off time, she loves spending time outdoors, hiking on the greenways and other trails with her dogs or riding her horse. Ask her and she'll tell you some great places to go!
Personal Statement
My goal is to find the best house for YOU at the best price. This is how I make my living, but I will never try to push you into something that's not right just to get a sale. At the end of the day, what makes MY day is having a customer who is truly happy with their new home and grateful that I did my best to help get them into that home.
