Words cannot express how impressed my husband and I were when we used Ily Munoz as our Realtor. We've had the pleasure to work with Ily on buying and selling our property. She clearly communicated at every level of the process and added a human element to the entire experience. Buying and selling a home is an emotional process and she didn't shy away from that. Through her expertise she guided us on what needed to be accomplished and set clear targets for us to work toward. Because of her guidance, we went from list to under contract in 72-hours. Although every property may have different outcomes, this is a testament to her go-to market strategy and house preparation strategy.
