Izzy is a native Charlottean and a graduate of Davidson College who has been a licensed broker with Helen Adams Realty since 2017. Recognized as a top-producing agent within the firm since 2019, she most recently achieved Diamond Level sales volume in 2025. For the past three consecutive years (2023-2025), she has also been recognized as the Individual Listing Leader for the Helen Adams Randolph Road office by number of listing units sold.
Izzy's experience includes new construction and development representation, as well as individual buyer and seller representation. A significant focus of her work involves affordable housing advocacy; she has represented DreamKey Partners in home sales for income-restricted buyers, navigating the complexities of down-payment assistance programs to help clients achieve homeownership.
Currently residing in a bungalow in Elizabeth, Izzy possesses firsthand knowledge of Charlotte's in-town neighborhoods. Her expertise extends through Elizabeth, Plaza Midwood, Myers Park, Eastover, SouthPark, Sedgefield, Dilworth, and Wesley Heights, as well as NoDa, Villa Heights, Belmont, Cotswold, Oakhurst, Grier Heights, Coulwood, Druid Hills, and the Davidson market.
