If you’re thinking about selling, Marie is the best realtor that you can hire. She goes above and beyond in her research of the neighborhood, street and house. After a long and frustrating search for a rental property in South Charlotte I ran across Marie Schyberg by a chance phone call to inquire about a house I saw on Zillow. Marie met me that very day at the property with key in hand. As I fell in love with the cute bungalow and was ready to jump on it she calmly talked me down a bit so that I could be clear-headed when I went into negotiations. Because of that I was able to arrange for a shed for the backyard as well as a few other concessions. Days after my lease was signed Marie presented me with a nice house-warming gift, gave me references for local movers, and supplied me with “getting to know Charlotte” information. I highly recommend Marie. She takes your lifestyle and budget under consideration and never tried pushing me to buy something I wasn’t comfortable with. She was honest to me about the houses we looked at as it was my first time buying a home. She went above and beyond when I found the neighborhood, I wanted to live in.
