New York to Charlotte
Helping people, that's what I do! The excitement and culture I found in Charlotte, combined with the robust building, land development, and wide-spread business opportunities brought me down from New York. I was delighted to find the City of Charlotte: a healthy mix of welcoming, warm-hearted people and great job opportunities! Here, I enjoy meeting people and actually having time to get know them. Helping people comes naturally to me. My husband and I relocated with my 3 school-aged children, a teen headed to college, and an aging parent who needed to down-size her home. I was able to appreciate the challenge of job relocation and moving a family! I learned how to efficiently help anyone looking for a new neighborhood, researching colleges and learning about all of the different school systems in the South Charlotte/ Fort Mill areas. Making that transition was life-changing and educational. The reward was that my quality of life improved dramatically!
My academic background is in family medicine. I graduated valedictorian and attended Adelphi University, NY on a full scholarship. I earned my medical degree at NY College of Osteopathic Medicine, where I received a teaching scholarship for 3 years. I owned multiple businesses for over a decade before deciding to move to Charlotte where I still practice medicine part-time. I've spent the past few years as part of a team helping friends and family relocate in both NC and SC.
