Silvia is a licensed REALTOR® who has lived in Charlotte since 1999. Having moved here from Ecuador when she was young, she feels fortunate to have watched the Queen City grow and change throughout the years. Silvia is fluent in both English and Spanish.
Silvia attended the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where she earned a bachelor's degree in Business Administration. Her professional experience includes years of management and customer service in the restaurant industry, pharmaceuticals, and IT consulting.
She is familiar with many aspects of Charlotte thanks to her long tenure in the city. Having grown up in Mecklenburg County schools, and then attending college in the University Area, she is comfortable navigating Charlotte's many neighborhoods. Currently, she resides in the Palisades community with her husband, children, and pet dog. She is fortunate to have immediate family close by in the Steele Creek area. In her personal time, Silvia loves traveling and visiting the beach.
