Nadia and I started working together about a year ago. She truly understood exactly what I was looking for. She was patient while finding the perfect home. We ended up going with a new construction home and she was there EVERY step of the way. From picking out tile to inspections to closing day she was there for it all. Nadia is the best Realtor ever!!!! She helped me get my home ready to sell. She staged everything perfectly for pictures and made it look show room new. We discussed a selling point and she advised me on the best day to put it on the market. She sold my home the 1st day it went on the market. Not to mention, it sold in 4 hours!!! I couldn't believe it. Nadia made the process so quick and easy for me. She was always available to answer any and all questions for me, (and believe me I had a lot of questions). She always made time for me and was extremely patient. That is why I chose her to purchase my new home. She referred lenders for me to choose from and the process went swiftly from there.We viewed homes ( a lot) until I found "the one". We made an offer and the seller accepted. The home negotiations went great. However, after the inspection was completed, it needed some minor repairs. Although this is a sellers market; Nadia still negotiated to get the seller to pay for the repairs. I was so shocked! I was able to sell my 1st home & close on my new home in 3 weeks! 3 weeks!! I can only say she is a miracle worker. I will refer everyone I know to use Nadia to buy or sell their home. She is the best and I can't thank her enough. Now I can enjoy my new home.

Nadia was awesome! We couldn’t have asked for anyone better. She helped us buy the home of our dreams, fought for us, asked the tough questions, was always available, and made us laugh.
