Kelly grew up in a large family that relocated often for her father's career, moving eight times between New Jersey, Michigan, Ohio, Virginia, Illinois, and Kansas by the time she reached high school. Each move taught her adaptability, communication, and how to quickly feel at home in a new place - skills that still guide her today. That same adventurous spirit followed Kelly, her husband Damian, and their daughter Siena as they moved from Chicago to southwest Michigan before settling in the Lake Norman area in 2018.
With a background in finance and education, Kelly brings both analytical insight and a people-first approach to real estate. She holds a B.S. in Finance from Northern Illinois University and spent more than two decades as a secondary mathematics educator in private, public, and charter schools across Illinois, Michigan, and North Carolina. Her years in the classroom sharpened her ability to explain complex topics clearly, advocate for others, and guide people through important decisions with confidence.
Kelly is now a North Carolina REALTOR® specializing in Lake Norman and the surrounding communities. She has experience assisting both local and out-of-state buyers, working with lakefront properties, and helping clients find homes that align with their lifestyle and long-term goals. Drawing from her professional background and firsthand relocation experience, Kelly offers thoughtful guidance, strong communication, and steady support throughout every step of the buying or selling process.
Outside of real estate, Kelly and her family love exploring everything the Charlotte and Lake Norman areas have to offer - while also taking advantage of being just a few hours from the mountains or the coast. When they're not in North Carolina, they enjoy attending concerts, visiting family in Australia, or traveling throughout Europe in search of great food, culture, and history.
