Adrienne did a fantastic job helping us out and supporting us during our recent corporate move from Missouri. It was during a very hectic time in the housing market and we were time constrained. She went above and beyond communicating and covering all the necessary details to make it as smooth a move as possible. She listens to what the client needs and wants and helps pull together the best available options. Plus - she's just a great person! Highly recommend! Will be using her again in the future for sure!

Our family has retained the services of Adrienne Priest as sellers (twice) and as buyers (twice). As a real estate agent who grew up in Charlotte, Adrienne has a particular skill set in that she knows the history of neighborhoods, progress over the years, etc. For that reason and the simple fact that she's an awesome go-getter, I wouldn't work with anyone else as my REALTOR. She's the best!

Adrienne is amazing. During our relocation from MA, Adrienne spent multiple weekends showing us 80+ houses until we found the right one! She was a master at scheduling all of the appointments while we were in town and providing input on neighborhoods, expertise on schools, and anything related to NC real estate law with which we were unfamiliar. She was able to help us immediately schedule inspections (and avoided purchasing a home that had the potential to cost us way more than the asking price due to unseen issues!) so that we could feel comfortable with our purchase. Even since the closing she is checking in to make sure we are settled, comfortable with the working order of the house, and able to provide referrals for any work we decide to have done. We cannot recommend Adrienne any more highly! I've worked with other REALTORS before and would love to work with Adrienne again in the future!

Wow wow wow! That’s the short version of how great my family’s experience was with Adrienne as our REALTOR. We were selling a house and buying another and Adrian was handling our transaction for buying our new family home and we couldn’t be happier. She’s extremely calm which is a huge asset during the stressful home purchase process. We had the immense pleasure of working with Adrienne for our home purchase in Charlotte. Moving cross country in a new state is not easy to being with and is further compounded by the associated hassles of home search in a crazy real estate market. However, Adrienne's passion and vast experience in her profession made all the difference. Adrienne is awesome so awesome I sent my parents to her because I knew she would take wonderful care of them as well. Adrienne has lived in the area for years and knows her stuff. We weren’t sure if we would find a home in NC or SC and liked that she could help us find one in either area. We are currently out of state - in Ohio - and she has helped us find contractors and even met them at the house when we couldn’t be there to do so. If we ever move again (but hopefully not for the foreseeable future) we will hands down call Adrienne.
