We had the most wonderful experience with Kristin Trapp. We loved her from the very start. She helped us navigate through a very tricky situation that we ended needing to walk away from. She was incredibly patient and encouraging. And while searching for a next dream house kept instilling hope and encouragement along the way that the right house for us was out there. And she was right! Once we found it, she helped us craft an amazing offer that allowed us to think outside of the box of just offering more money. Our offer was not the highest but we were still chosen.
