When my wife and I graduated college and wanted to buy a home Mar-Beth helped guide us through the process and always listened to our feedback. The houses she showed us always reflected what we were looking for and never once did we feel pressured to make offers or see a house, we weren't interested in. She is patient, kind, and understanding and made buying our first house a pleasant experience. A few years later we needed to move into a larger house and Mari-Beth represented us as both buyers and sellers. We never considered using another agent because of how great our experience with her was. She goes above and beyond what an average does which made a stressful period relatively stress free. Just recently she represented us again for the sale of my father's house where she exceeded even our highest expectations.
