This was our first time working with a new Real Estate Company after numerous corporate moves with our previous employer. We were apprehensive going in, but from the first call from our move coordinator, our fears were laid to rest. The coordinator couldn't have been nicer and asked a lot of questions to get to know us better, understand our needs and get to know us. The magic started with our match with Mari-Beth Blackwell. From our first conversation she seemed like a long-time friend, and it was even better when we finally met in person. She seems to "get us" and knew exactly the right things to say to calm us down when we needed it, encourage us and provide all the advice and help we needed - usually before we even knew we needed it. She'd gone out of her way to make this move as easy as possible for us, from recommending and coordinating various contractors, meeting them at the house when we couldn't be there and troubleshooting the countless details that are a part of a major 1000-mile move. I can't imagine anyone better than her and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone. We treasure her as a realtor, Charlotte area expert and most importantly, as a friend!!

Your realty firm is extremely fortunate to have such a highly professional, personable, and dedicated agent. She arranged for numerous inspections (i.e.. electrical, plumbing, well, etc.) and kept us fully informed of the progress on the Seller's to do list. Even after the sale, she kept in touch. For example, we had a home warranty issue come up and she facilitated getting the job done. We consider ourselves very lucky, indeed, to have had Mari-Beth as our Buyer's Agent.

We live in Ohio, so we could not be there to see the properties, to give them advice, etc. so we had to talk through all of this with them over the phone.
