Originally from just outside Charlottesville, Virginia, Kim graduated from Virginia Tech and lived in several cities before ultimately settling in Charlotte. She began her career in in-house event planning at a healthcare firm, then spent several years as a stay-at-home mom before making the exciting leap into real estate.
Kim and her husband, owner of QC General Contractors, bring valuable experience and hope to combine their strengths to build and sell a variety of properties throughout the Charlotte area. She recently joined the Homes by Hutch team, where her builder connections pair perfectly with John's tech expertise and Anna Margaret's market knowledge-offering clients a well-rounded, collaborative experience.
Kim has proudly called the Queen City home for the past 14 years and currently lives in Eastover with her husband, two kids, and two dogs.
