I found Stan to be an outstanding Realtor® in every way. He not only represented me very well in every aspect of selling my home and the adjacent lot, but he kept both my son and me well informed during the entire process. Stan went out of his way to help settle several rather tricky issues and was glad to meet me at the bank or lawyer's office whenever necessary.
I had been in my home for 53 years, so this was an emotional process for me as well as a business venture. I cannot say enough about the sensitivity he brought to the job as well as his invaluable expertise! I did not know Stan before this experience and met him through my son. I feel I have made a dear friend for life! I will certainly recommend him to anyone I know who is or will be selling their home or looking for a home to buy in the future. Working with Stan and Helen Adams Realty has truly been a delightful experience.
