Working with Tracy Brown has been a breath of fresh air. She's detail-oriented, communicative, and anticipates every moving piece before you even ask. Her background as an Interior Designer and Project Manager gives her an edge. She sees layouts that actually work, spots construction red flags, and finds value-add opportunities others miss. She did all of this while my husband and I spanned continents finalizing a move abroad, coordinating across time zones, and handling every detail we couldn't be there for. We've worked with other real estate agents, and honestly, they don't come close. Tracy goes the extra mile (and then some), advocates fiercely, and genuinely cares about her clients.
