The 2022 Charlotte real estate market was another year to remember as agents and clients experienced high buyer demand, low inventory, rising home prices, and, toward the end of the year, rising interest rates. While navigating through the year’s housing market conditions, our firm had a banner year thanks to our clients and diligent team of real estate agents.
