January 21, 2026 – Helen Adams Realty celebrated the previous year’s successes while reflecting on the firm's 50th year in business with agents, staff, and affiliated business partners at their annual Awards Ceremony hosted at Charlotte Country Club.
For years, the Charlotte area has seen a thriving real estate market, with 2025 continuing to highlight the area's popularity. The city's robust population growth continues to mark Charlotte as a top metro performer today, and in the years to come, with a 60% increase in residents since 2000. The real estate industry continued to face the challenges of a rebalancing market, mortgage rate fluctuations, and a longer sales cycle than previously seen during the early 2020's.
Nonetheless, Helen Adams Realty agents and staff have ample accomplishments and milestones to celebrate. From joining Who's Who in Luxury Real Estate, sharing a night to remember in April to celebrate 50 years in business, and a company record in the firm's highest closed sales volume yet in 2025, with $1.82B in closed sales.
